Isn't it interesting how things happen...

God certainly does watch over and care for our family. As mentioned previously I decided to switch doctors. Thank goodness. I'm seeing a wonderful group of OB's who are about 4 minutes from my house.

Yesterday at my appointment I found out that I'm starting to fall apart... :) Not really. However, with all the emphasis the last provider was putting on blood sugar testing, they were apparently neglecting other parts of my pregnancy... nothing of really significant urgency but things which should be monitored more closely. Baby Girl Daley seems to really want to see the world. She's starting labor signs a little too early which we now can keep a closer eye upon. No bed rest at this point (and now that she can be monitored a bit more closely we hope it won't be necessary). A couple of other things also popped up which can now be addressed. Also... the MD agreed with my feelings regarding the whole blood sugar thing and said my #'s look great. No need to switch to a crazy 1200 calorie diet. What a relief to know I'm not a crazy person.

How happy I feel that things started to go awry with the midwives so I could be directed to the kind of medical attention this baby needs. I think MW's are great, by the way. I just mean in my case specifically.

Hi my friend!! I have been thinking about you so much and how you are doing being pregnant. I can't believe you are having another girl! I keep thinking, if I have another one...I will be completely bald because I will have pulled it all out! I'm so excited for you! Sounds like you've had an interesting go of it though....:(. Love you!!
