Same old complaint. Sleep. I need it but I don't get it. Paige wakes each morning around 5AM and crawls into bed with us. This prohibits sleep. You may say, "Why don't you take her back to bed? or have her sleep on the floor? of any number of other things?" The answer: I'M TOO TIRED and I'M PARANOID THAT HER RESISTANCE WILL WAKE UP THE OTHERS. Speaking of the others.... Erin is resisting sleep, Claire wakes up periodically with mysterious leg pains. Hmmm... And I want another one of these munchkins?!!?!!?! I AM CRAZY!

Bless your heart! I hope you can take a rest during the afternoon hours! I know it's hard (and easy for all of us with ideas!) but try to remember that this is just a season and it will end! This has been one of the hardest things about starting over with Leah. The lack of sleep is tough. It's much better for me since I don't have a little one like Erin too! I'll be praying for you! Find your rest in Him! Love to the Daley gang!
We are all crazy for wanting more some days i think - but for all those moments of sleep deprivation come all the moments of laughter and smiles and seeing the world through new eyes - first words, steps, days of school... so, NO - you are not crazy!
You should tell doug that if he gets friday nights off you get Tuesday nights off to go to bed early or soak in a tub or to simply do something for Suzie. Of course somethings are much easier said than done. I can't imagine THREE kids! : ) I have been told it is the hardest transition from 1 to 2 because it's double the kids and 2 to 3 because you have more kids than hands, but 3 to 4 is no harder because your used to having more kids than hands. Your a good mom. Hang in there.
I can feel for your lack of sleep, but since you are not sleeping how about some new pictures of the kids. It is hard being a remote grandpa. Give every one a hug for me, even Doug.

P.S. I don't have a Google account so this had to be Anonymous ;-)
