Take hwy 26 out of Ammon heading toward Swan Valley / the Palisades. A few miles before the dam or square ice cream shop, there is a bridge the crosses the river. There is a dirt road on the right just before you cross the bridge. Go about 1/2 a mile or a mile down the dirt road. The falls are on your left, very easy to see in the rear view mirror when you drive past them.
The rest were taken at a rest stop overlooking the river on hwy 26 heading back to Ammon.
As a far warning, I'm told that most of the time there isn't that much water going over those falls. The wet spring and early summer helped out there.
