Claire's First Day of School

Today my baby went to preschool. The school didn't send a letter of give me much information. Despite my best efforts to ask all the right questions during the open house this week, I managed to be the only parent who didn't bring a snack and water bottle for their child. I cried to myself on the way out to the car... I'm too much of a perfectionist sometimes. I was also kind of bugged with the school for not sending out a letter listing what we needed to bring (after being told twice this summer to wait for a letter to arrive in the mail). At any rate, she seemed to do fine. I just hope they take good care of my baby.

UPDATE: I had a meeting with the school district people today and they decided that Paige, too, can attend Claire's preschool class. Paige has speech therapy with these people so to kill two birds with one stone, so to speak, they are going to let her join the class (even despite her lack of potty training). Yippie! Paige starts Tuesday. Imagine... 2 days a week for 2 hours... some freedom. What will I do with myself?? :)
