For the past 4 years we have been privy to a social worker. Barb is great. She has seen us grow from no kids to three in a short period of time. Claire's one year anniversary comes soon and so today was our last visit with Barb. We love Barb, but it's really nice to know that we no longer have a social worker looming overhead. I mean... where is the pregnant 15 year-old's social worker, where is the octuplet mom's social worker? Good heavens!! Thanks to Barb for all her solicited advice and for understanding our desire to raise our family as we feel appropriate. She's been really great.
PS: Looking at this picture makes me feel pretty, skinny, and VERY glad not to be pregnant! This was taken six days before Erin was born. Wow.
