Oh yeah! It's FINALLY time for the fair. Paige has been asking about the fair since a month after last year's fair was over. We live close to the fair grounds, relatively speaking. As such, each time we've passed the fairgrounds this whole past year she has asked, "When will we get to go to the carnival?" I was thrilled when I could tell her that we were actually going.
Doug's mom, sister and cousin Casey came with us this year. We ate the greasy food and helped our blood sugar to sky rocket on all the fried dough, cotton candy, snow cones, lemonaid, & funnel cakes. Whew! We even got to overhear some of the Kelly Clarkson concert :)
I'm sure I'll be hearing about the fair from both Paige and Claire again this coming year. Only 11 1/2 more months to go...

I am right there with you! Our fair is in 2 weeks, but Di has been asking about it for 11 months now. We are saving up our calories for a real bash.
We miss you! Thought we'd be coming over at the end of this month, but we have visitors coming here (a little rude to say---"Thanks for coming, but we've got to go"). Hopefully soon. Our girls need to play and be busy little 4 year olds together.
