LOA

WE GOT OUR LOA!  That is... Letter of Acceptance.  This means that China formally recognizes our adoption and says we can go for it.  Woo-Hoo!

Next step, getting the USA's visa approval- which used to be done in China- now is done before the adoption- lengthens our wait a few weeks- there's a shocker.... A government wants to add another step to lengthen the wait for our children??  You jest!

At any rate, when we are done with some more paperwork/USA approvals, we await the coveted TA- Travel Authorization from China.  This is China saying, "Ok- now you can make travel plans."

When we get the TA we are just a couple weeks from leaving.  Woo-Hoo!

It looks like Jan/Feb still for our travel.
