Happy birthday dearest Paige Maida.

I can hardly believe you are six!

Stop growing up.

No more birthdays allowed.

Paige was kind of gloomy last night.  I asked her what was wrong.  She told me, "Life gets harder when you get older."

She continued, "I don't want to be grow up and be a mom yet.  I don't want to move away."

I explained that it will be a very long time before she leaves home....  What a lovely and very thoughtful girl.... just like her Dad!
